- Heh...member the Earps and their laws----"No firearms carried in city limits"....for the rank and file that was fine for them---but we figure those were too 'rough and tumble times' to take as direction.

- In all honesty, I'm somewhat mixed on 'gun ownership'. Personal firearms are NOT guaranteed in the constitution, like some folks like to think, only 'the peoples right' to ownership. This means that as a community/state/country, we have a right to bear arms.

- Gastro banding is 96% safe. Nice odd unless you're ORDERED to get it. If ONE policeman gets gastric banding and it turns against him/her and kills him/her, every other policeman that is 'required' to get the banding has a lawsuit that is not only fully winnable, but, honestly, well deserved.
